Groups like SAG-AFTRA raise concerns primarily around labor and likeness issues that can also be addressed through contracts and regulation. Cultural preferences shift across generations. Some mediums lose cultural centrality while continuing to exist. Preserving a medium's dominance is not a moral reason to restrict new artistic forms. Banning AI performers would therefore restrict creative expression and audience choice without any substantive justification.”
