This market resolves to 'Yes' if a public concert event, unrelated to events currently announced (e.g., the Ward 1 Mutual Aid Benefit Show on September 30, 2026), occurs on the National Mall by December 31, 2026. The concert must feature live musical performances, be open to the public, and be held at a National Mall location between the Washington Monument and the U.S. Capitol. Events already announced or scheduled as of September 28, 2026, are excluded. Reliable reporting or an official announcement must confirm validation of the event for resolution purposes.
